Shipping Policy
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date.

Exchange Policy
Leccese Designs will accept exchanges, items that are purchased off our website within 14 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation under the following conditions:

- Item is not customized
- There is no visible signs of wear and tear
- No tags have been removed
- Item is unaltered
- New Merchandise in its original condition
Exchange Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item as well as any difference in price for the exchange item.
For all returns or exchanges please contact contac@leccesedesigns.com and provide them with your order number and reason for return or exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated in this page.
